SETTLEMENT OF REGULATORY ENQUIRIES

Ofex has today agreed with the Board of Eden Research plc
("the Company") that the Company should receive a private reprimand
in relation to a breach of its disclosure responsibilities under the
Ofex Rules.

The breach relates to a finding by Ofex that, during the period
leading up to publication on 31 May 2005 of the Company's final
results for the year ended 31 December 2004, the Company came
into possession of information relevant to an assessment of the
performance of its business, which it did not announce in a timely
fashion.

The problem you have here SK is you have no share holder support here and never have done to build your vendetta narrative from.

When Fraudy and his Lube team go after Primary Narrative targets you need at least a little share holder backing to help build your consensus narrative ..you have virtually none here which is why your not making the impact or getting the traction you had hoped for.

Since even Fraudy says 'nobody cares' about what he says on EDEN why don't you spend more of your efforts on a company where there you can get traction and generate click bait revenue for share price That would make business sense even if it does not make vendetta sense.

On my travels over on WRN and CTAG I can see there are more than just Lube posting although both get pretty lubed up when share price is in full TI campaign mode.

That simply does not happen with EDEN.. every Blog is met with silence here and on lse and the vast majority of shareholders do not share his views on how the TT deal effected shareholder value evidenced by the ratio of II to private punters who overwhelming continue to support Eden despite the almost daily vendetta gibberish.

If Fraudy is really all about looking after share holders his and your efforts are better spent elsewhere as Eden Shareholders are clearly saying they don't need lube input.

There are THOUSANDS of SALES-FOCUSSED, ethical, sensible, well-run, innovative companies, with decent competent management, in this mini-sector.

Many of them are quoted. And capital growth and dividend prospects for arm's-length shareholders in them are often good.

But this diseased dog is not one of these thousands of companies.

Its track record of enrichment only of a select few and lack of sales etc. speak volumes.

It is a scandal.

Await a forthcoming exposé being published.
