MirandaJ Thanks for that and an interesting development. That would suggest to me that Bayer/Eden/Elanco have been in discussion to cement this relationship rather than Bayer having an automatic right of transfer. Taken from the 27th May RNS "The Company has previously communicated that there have been some challenges relating to one important formulation. The amended agreement is designed to overcome these challenges and better meet Bayer's stringent product profile requirements through an expanded collaborative approach." I wonder if this formulation issue has now been resolved which has given Elanco the confidence to deal with Eden?

AttyG From the 27th May 2020 Update on Bayer Animal Health Agreement hxxps://polaris.brighterir.com/public/eden_research/news/rns/story/x5oq00r It would appear to me that there are two outcomes 1) We get an RNS from Eden saying they have taken back all data and right's as per the original RNS and Eden has to start again to find a new partner 2) We get an RNS from Eden saying Elanco Animal Health Care has contracted with Eden for the same rights to the same products 3) Animal Health Care falls by the wayside for the time being or permanently in favour of Crop Protection As Bayer is no loner in the Animal Health Care market, Eden will have to update the aforementioned RNS to tell shareholders where this arrangement and product range stands.

Quazie - you are talking in riddles. Please explain who 'she' is (Eden??). Who got the Eden fraud 'bang to rights', the charming TW? Clarity is the first duty of communication, or perhaps I've been asleep!

Well, eventually, our under arm deodorant for dogs will not remain in limbo. A decision will be made regarding the product range. It could have been a really useful aid to keep the company funded while it developed the agri sustaine enhanced products. Sadly that wasn't to be and we had the Placing. It could, in time, be a good earner, but all eyes now focused on Corteva and sustaine.

The 'Smartest Man In The Room' Just Joined Sidney Powell's Team Based on the above findings, Dr. Keshavarz-Nia concluded with "high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a [sic] hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred [sic] to Vice President Biden." This is going to be tough evidence for Democrats to counter. Back when the naïve Democrats thought Trump would be the one to commit fraud, they held congressional hearings and wrote articles about the voting machines' vulnerability. And with the New York Times touting Dr. Keshavarz-Nia's brilliance and his ability to sniff out fraud, they'll struggle to that he's not a reliable expert. Things are getting fun. hTTps://www.zerohedge.com/political/smartest-man-room-just-joined-sidney-powells-team

quazie12 - 07 May 2020 - 13:12:59 - 7670 of 7948 Eden Research - EDEN No I’m shocked you have not moved on SS. I do note that your evangelistic posting of everything Eden has waned into a more acerbic approach. Seriously the best thing might be finally admit your investment is unlikely to yield much. I did thAt and took the loss on the chin. Retail shareholders are not on the Board’s list of priorities. Q12 .............. quazie12 - 07 May 2020 - 11:20:54 - 7668 of 7948 Eden Research - EDEN I no longer own any shares in this total dog company thankfully. Eden have successfully raised and squandered more equity (£43m) over the last 15 years than they have ever achieved in gross sales attributable to the IP and thats counting “grossâ€ sales not the royalties earned. Current crisis aside they still don’t have a business model attractive enough for investors hence 6p SP .............. quazie12 - 27 Jul 2020 - 12:37:11 - 7945 of 7948 Eden Research - EDEN Super I applaud your efforts in here but the market just ain’t listening, and I am not talking stockmarket. I sold my last few shares last week. Have finally thrown in the towel with this company. Good luck. You deserve more from this investment than this.

Eden is a disaster - both as a company and as an investment. Sean Smith arived in 2016 promising to add shareholder value, since when the SP, with a few spike exceptions, has fallen relentlessly. They have world-class IP but no one seems seriously interested in taking on sales. Yes, they have tie-ups but the sales have not materialised. Acceptance for Mevalone in Afghanistan, Malta and Greece will not transform Eden's prospects.

Looks like Monsanto are looking into slow release encapsulation as well. MODULATION OF RELEASE RATE FROM MICROENCAPSULATED PESTICIDES FIELD OF THE INVENTION [0001] The present invention generally relates to various aqueous pesticidal mixtures comprising a microencapsulated pesticide and an agent that modulates the release rate of the pesticide from the microcapsules. The present invention also relates to various methods of modulating the release rate of a microencapsulated pesticide in a pesticidal mixture. The present invention further relates to various pesticidal mixtures comprising a microencapsulated pesticide and a co-pesticide that provides for enhanced crop safety. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] Microencapsulation of pesticides is one method for controlling the release of the pesticide after application, particularly when sustained or slow release of the pesticide is desired. In the case of some herbicides, the release rate needs to be controlled so that crop injury can be managed. For example, in the case of acetamide herbicides, sustained release is desired because injury in certain susceptible crops has been observed with application sprays prepared from conventional emulsifiable concentrate formulations (non-encapsulated herbicide formulations). Also, slower release can beneficially provide longer residual activity for pest control. [0003] To form microcapsules, the pesticide is encapsulated in a polymeric shell wall material. The pesticide is released from the microcapsules at least in part by molecular diffusion through the shell wall. Several factors including the type of pesticide, type of polymer, shell thickness, shell porosity, particle size, and presence of safeners impact the rate of release of the pesticide from the microcapsules. Modification of these factors to increase or decrease pesticide release rate has definite limitations. Also, once the microcapsules are formulated, the release rate is generally fixed and not tunable. Thus, there remains a need for formulations containing microencapsulated pesticides in which the rate of release of the pesticide is modulated or tunable to provide the desired level of pest control and avoid negative impacts such as crop injury in the case of herbicides. [0004] With regard to herbicides, the emergence of certain herbicide resistant weeds has generated interest in developing strategies to supplement the action of primary herbicides such as glyphosate. Acetamide herbicides are known as effective residual control herbicides that reduce early season weed competition. In particular, acetamide herbicides such as acetochlor provide outstanding residual control of many grasses and broadleaf weeds including pigweed, hTTps://tinyurl. com/y5w7qmsx
