Been here before - 2015, except this time around, there are fewer gullible mugs - so the peak share price is lower.

A. It must suck.
Q. What's it like to be a paid ramper, a Nom*d-shill?
A. Great job if you like lying and are into sadism. These mugs swallow it up.

Question Time.

Despite having a agreement of 27 May 2020 'Update on Bayer Animal Health Agreement' Bayer are not mentioned as Eden partners in Eden 2020 interims 'hTTps://www.edenresearch.com/_userfiles/pages/files/r2020/200930_eden_interims_presentation_2020.pdf'

I have Bayer working with Eden in Crop protection and Parallel with TT.
Elanco and Eden are pursuing the 'Next generation development' of Animal Health products.

This Half Yearly Report / Sept 2020

'An amendment to the existing licence agreement between Eden and Bayer Animal Health for animal health products was reported in May, for the purposes of progressing the final development of a portfolio of Bayer products based upon Eden's technology and know-how. This amendment involved an increased investment in the project, which was facilitated in part by Eden's successful capital raise in March. Bayer also completed the sale of its animal health business to Elanco, and the relevant agreements have now been transferred to Elanco'.

The last sentence is important here as it confirms to me at least the separation of Animal Health and the rest. The paragraph makes no sense if Bayer were only focused on Animal Health.

The arrival of the Bayer 7 also tells me all I need to know about Bayer and Eden's continued collaboration.

What do you think ??

If I got that wrong, then you are an even bigger idiot than you appear.

Einstein defined insanity as doing the work of a paid ramper, without being paid.

Where is your "altar"-ego (sic)?

Level 2 gives no clue here. My guess is that the share price will meander around here to suck up some more lolly from the gumpkins, and then whoooooosh straight to director option price + 1.5p, i.e. 7.5p.

The filthy ramping liars will magically disappear and the tw*ts will be scratching their manboobs wondering why they didn't heed us.

Good analysis; my guesses are similar - though there is another likely outcome with SP=zero (wipeout).

If your/our guess is correct, the transfer of wealth will be by means of novated service contracts for directors. Shareholders will be left playing with their pongo-sticks.

Complex to mugs, easy for me.

But this effing tamping c*nt posing with five or more different avatars (multi-ID sock puppets) is distracting the attention of the gullible greedy halfwits like "FRACMAN", "BARREL" something, etc.

From what I have seen over the past three years I would not touch this share with a barge pole. The 6p option price for Directors is a disgrace. I suspect Eden will be bought out of a future administration by someone like a Corteva hoovering up the IP. The directors will make millions. A direct transfer of wealth from shareholders. Avoid.

The AIM graveyard is overflowing with corpses of companies "with great IP", "terrific RNSs" and "superb deals" - but never any dividends or profits.
Very generous remuneration for the BoDs, top. ;--)

The more the ramping on BB (ADVFN, LSE etc.) threads, usually, all other things being equal, the worse the company.

Of course all the hordes of greedy stupids here never heard of this. Never heard of GKP.

Read the discussion thread of one ramped mongrel, you've pretty much read them all.

ravenna, spot on except re me.
I have no issues with EDEN.
I have issues with fools being ripped off.
I have extensive experience with these AIM stocks which invariably enrich various people but not the shareholders. Sometimes it's lenders, but always it's directors.

FracmanNPOV clearly has issues with Eden. Whilst his style can be seen as annoying it gives potential investors pause for thought before investing in a company which may have excellent IP, but whose sales appear wholly reliant on the whims of others. An abrogated sales strategy is highly questionable.

I have nothing against people with opposing views at all. It’s just the constant posts that irritate me.

If you don’t believe in Eden then don’t buy Simple.

I happen to believe the news we had was excellent just needs better interpretation to investors.

As with all kooky cults, the TRUTH really stings and must at all costs be suppressed or filtered out...

It is always worrying when people gang up on those with opposing views. At the moment the facts support NPOV. I was very concerned by a post from IIATG that I should know the detail of company articles that apparently state shareholders cannot object to Director's remuneration. As an ordinary shareholder I did not know this. If this is true it should be a red flag to potential shareholders.
