Well no negative is a positive in my view.
Silence on Corteva suggests discussions/negotiations are in the final stages.
Corteva would not be haggling if they didn't want sustaine.
So silence is golden (in my view)

This mornings wild guess, hot enough you can cook your eggs on it is.. there may be linkage with SustainE across the industry where Sumitomo / Eastman and Dow/Corteva etal have done the preparation for a whole industry rollout with Eden tech as the 'consolidator'.

That's how Eden get to parallel delayed Bayer-linkman Lykele's industry position predictions.

'In short order, we will see crop protection, animal health and consumer products on the market, all of which have been either developed by Eden itself, or by partners using Eden’s terpene and SustaineÔ encapsulation technologies'

In this context we were talking about Corteva. Eden is talking about revenues up to €40 million per annum from Corteva.

The combined 'up to' revenues for Cedroz from Italy and the USA is €111million, SOME 277% greater. These numbers are in the appendix in the Placing RNS of 2020.

As we know, the approvals are pending and have been for a while and Italy has previously given temporary emergency use approval as they had nothing to cope with the problem (If I recall correctly).

So my question to you Super is, IF we can reasonably expect Cedroz to be approved in these two countries (should be in 2021) what share price value do we place on Eden for just Corteva and these 2 anticipated approvals IF we can do a reasonable calculation suggesting Eden should be a £1 on the Corteva deal alone?

And so we begin the countdown to what we hope is great news. Tomorrow is the 4th January and Corteva has considered their position, post trial end and presumably made up their mind, one way or the other.

It is going to be an interesting month and year.

It is clear to me that our 'leaders' are going to take us down this path and that Eden is in the right place in their sector to be part of The Great Reset.

It appears to me that Eden has immense value which is just waiting to be unlocked and I see Corteva as the first step to unlocking value in Eden. I also see it as way beyond the 20-30p range. I'm sure the Analysts and Brokers will too.

Eden does not seem to have any capacity to drive sales forward from here .

My crystal ball is more like a snow globe but luckily and unbeknown to me until recently my investments turned out to be aligned with Klaus Schwarb's Great Reset so I suggest you grab his instruction manual for further ideas or just put the Building Seven controlled demolition video on repeat.... it's the same game plan...just bigger this time as the Dollar reserve system collapses and a new digital world rises from the ashes.

Morning Any one wants to start 2021 race with their expectations?I think we will see 20p in the 1st quarter and then, if all is well, 30p by year end. We all have waited long enough

....and as these three enter the final furlong pulling further away from the field it's Cenkos on the rails with spadeychops half a length behind and bjlk looking for a gap between them ..... they're going stride for stride, the gaps are closing, it's nip and tuck .... you could throw a blanket over all three as they cross the line abreast. It's going to be on the nod.
And the stewards are calling for the photo. In 3rd place pipped by a short head it's spadeychops (13p).
They're taking a long time to pick the winner.
The result is posted....the winners in 1st place, yes it's a dead heat, are bjlk (11p) and Cencos (12p).

From the 8 January 2020 RNS:

"Corteva will have until the end of 2020 for the exclusive evaluation of products which use Sustaine(TM) in select seed treatment applications. Following this Corteva may enter into an exclusive agreement for the distribution of products in the EU, Russia, Ukraine and Turkey."

They've got until the end of today to evaluate Sustaine, following which they "may enter into an exclusive agreement".

I think mid January 2021 or earlier would be a reasonable time to complete an agreement.

The Corteva option expires today. True to form, Eden have not announced take up or not.
