29/1/2019 19:23 | Some might say a life time whilst may say a couple of years. investments are never short term in nature or offer instant returns. Need grit, sacrifice and understanding | northwick

28/1/2019 17:03 | Lucky you didn't post that in trading hours Northwick or their would have been a mass sell off;) | supersonico
28/1/2019 16:31 | For your information, farmers in Greece and Cyprus aren't aware of this either. I came to know of this whilst I visited a handful of farmers in Greece and Cyprus recently. | northwick
28/1/2019 15:59 | Wherever they have approval and a distributor for Mevalone 3AEY 3logy etc etc Eden should be showing where you have to go to get it. Especially if the same damn product is called different things in Europe or elsewhere. There are even a lot of farmers that take trips off their farms to other countries.Iknow that happens in the hop growing industry. My point earlier was not pointing to the U.K. farming industry alone.Actually I had in mind Cedroz because that will have far greater sales potential than Mevalone. It’s a real struggle to find anything in any country and I know it’s there, somewhere and I’m purposefully looking for it. I have an investment in Europe with a company that launched and had 2yrs sales. The first year was fine ,the second year sales dropped.Speaking to the COO and owner he said that he had appointed someone before the first year ended and then went off trying to develop new markets for the same product I told him he should have known within a few months that sales were not growing and stepped in earlier. If it’s your product do everything you can to make it grow . There’s precious little evidence that Eden know how to do that . It’s news should be growing from someone in the company on a monthly basis. What conferences ,field trials ,universities research stations ,distributors in different countries are they visiting.Sorry but any news the 4directors and the consultants/paid staff they have under their umbrella should be generating something just to keep themselves and their products in the news | chrischas
28/1/2019 15:03 | I know that Eden seem to be invisible, and largely have been so in the past. However, I think that it is prudent to remember that the flagship product, Mevalone, does not actually have approval under EU regs to be sold in the UK, so to be honest, I don't find lack of awareness in the farming community here to be a surprise. | speculator59
28/1/2019 14:52 | We've been told before that Bayer are looking at Eden tech. I'm sure this came out at the AGM, not just Bayer, others too as has recently been highlighted. I'll see if I can find something in print to back this up. UPDATE: Super, I can't find anything atm other than as we know, Sustaine is used in the CAP hxxp://www.edenresea I'm confident it was said at the AGM, but someone else who may have been there can correct me if I am totally wrong. | investingisatrickygame
28/1/2019 14:34 | Investing' Where does It suggest they they are evaluating Sustaine? or is that speculation? | supersonico
28/1/2019 13:36 | Super, Look at this hxxps://www.bayer.co 10% of their sales is spent on R & D and they are evaluating Sustaine!!!! " In 2017 a total of €4.504 billion was spent on research and development. This was equivalent to 9.8 percent of sales. We maintain a global network of research and development locations, where more than 14,000 scientists are employed. Global Open Innovation Network Partnerships are integral to our innovation strategy. That is why we work within a network of alliances with start-ups, academic institutes, industry, suppliers and other partners. Our open innovation network spans all parts of the company along the value chain. Our open innovation portal offers a platform for collaborations in all parts of the company. We also invest in venture capital funds that finance life science start-up companies, among other projects." I've put this one up loads of times, but.... hxxps://www.syngenta Eden and Sustaine must look so cheap AND their R & D costs to commercialisation enviable. That has to be attractive to Eden's partners, currently, Bayer, Eastman, Sipcam, Sumi-Agro. Should be expect to add Sunmitomo & others in the near future???? | investingisatrickygame
28/1/2019 13:29 | I have been saying the same to Eden for the last 4 years. Reminds me of the now defunct company called Delorean which made cars in Belfast. Good car but no customers.Eden needs to plug this gap quickly as or else many investors will walk. | northwick
28/1/2019 13:11 | Yeah I only sold half. I bought them last August and that was also meant to be just before a 'news rich period' .. and nothing happened. I don't have much patience for companies that keep pushing out timelines so I decided to pull some out. I'm hoping to go to the event in Feb at which point I may jump back in. | dplewis1
28/1/2019 13:07 | SustainabilityMegaTr A coalition of giant brands is about to change how we shop forever, with a new zero-waste platform. | supersonico
28/1/2019 11:37 | dplewis1 Good luck to you, but with the Company's first audience presentation on the 7/2 it seems a strange time to sell. | investingisatrickygame
28/1/2019 10:21 | Sorry chaps I sold half mine this morning. Some very thorough research but the revenues just seem too small at the moment and the company just offer too little clarity. Might buy them back but at the moment it all just seems a little foggy. | dplewis1 |
