03/7/2017 13:40 | AGM presentation available, worth a look. The implication of the Sipcam involvement becomes apparent on slide 15 in particular. hxxp://www.edenresea | redhill9
03/7/2017 12:00 | Jak Just out of interest - as I know nothing about this - did the restatement cover a period when Brooks was on the Board? | bluebelle
03/7/2017 10:41 | If you mean Ken Brooks then he retired as a director on 10 June 2015. | swiftnick
03/7/2017 10:30 | No, resigned as a director several years ago. New team since then. | redhill9
03/7/2017 10:16 | Does Ken Brooks have anything to do with this outfit these days ? | bluebelle
03/7/2017 09:59 | He kept clear of Shore Capital legal swing despite plenty of encouragement so I'd expect an equally wide berth will be navigated. No more Overlooking or Blind eyes Turned either I suspect going by the complete absence of any share price comment on Fridays glorious announcements. Decapitated Crushed Vendetta. | supersonico
03/7/2017 08:40 | Looks like the shorts getting squeezed. Could be 20p in a heartbeat. | monty panesar
03/7/2017 08:15 | 'Eden's market capitalisation might be considered by some to be very low at £24 million for a biotech with the Sipcam Alliance and commitment.' It's not merely a low valuation - it's a VERY low one! | weyweyumfozo
02/7/2017 18:22 | Good to see the importance of this move by Sipcam is being more widely understood. In my opinion it is truly exciting for Eden shareholders. | redhill9
02/7/2017 17:19 | Thanks NORTHWICK - pleasant reading - from the article: 'Eden's market capitalisation might be considered by some to be very low at £24 million for a biotech with the Sipcam Alliance and commitment. This deal alone is a gamechanger for Eden, in terms of credibility, acceptability, sales channels, new developments and future prospects and this takes no account of any other part of Eden's business.' Trying to picture the future prospects is like trying to picture infinity IMO. | weyweyumfozo

01/7/2017 17:04 | JakNife1 Jul '17 - 15:10 - 2506 of 2508 1 0 birotop, ...............Why not dig out the posts from people who were claiming that Eden had sufficient funds and wouldn't need to place? JakNife Eden didn't need to place. You really haven't got a clue have you? Did you happen to notice the market reaction to the announcement? Do you understand anything about corporate relationships? Try actually reading and understanding what is going on instead of just repeating your mantra. | redhill9
01/7/2017 16:52 | Best post JakNife/Fraudy made was confirming details to me about his Short but he's deleted it now to avoid blushes. | supersonico
01/7/2017 16:40 | Numpty - I don't need to, neither does the share price .... | birotop
01/7/2017 11:46 | It's a while since we heard from the numpties, not sure why, but here are some random reminders..........l quazie1223 May '17 - 08:47 - 2316 of 2504 1 2 Really Northwick ? SS has been on here for years spouting total pish largely about TW yet cannot answer simple questions when challenged eg re Terpenetech which was a total shareholder shaft and was the sole reason I baled from this POS. Why do you want SK to clear off exactly ? So you have a nice little ramper group on here ? JakNife23 May '17 - 10:26 - 2317 of 2504 2 2 I'd love to know how Shore Capital are convincing people to invest into this? Are they pitching it as an EIS investment PJ 122 May '17 - 22:20 - 2305 of 2504 1 1 Agree Jaknife. 10 years of previous failing history and yet some still believe. Those who forget the past are condemned to repeat it. Sweet Karolina22 May '17 - 15:04 - 2294 of 2504 2 2 10m Euros of sales generates £190k of revenue. Pathetic! This company is never going to generate cash. Another bail out placing on its way in the next 6 months. Sweet Karolina29 May '17 - 11:32 - 2401 of 2504 1 1 Proven Liar supersonico spreading more lies I see. She has absolutely no shame. Her conspiracy theories are about as credible as her claims that FRC never contacted Eden. She is only too happy to be an apologist for fraudsters but is unable to apologise for her own lies. JakNife5 Jun '17 - 15:40 - 2438 of 2504 1 1 Accounts: And apparently it's a going concern! Even with the £804k debt to the University of Massachusetts Medical School (“UMMS”) that Eden is currently trying to renege on (see note 14). JakNife JakNife6 Jun '17 - 21:11 - 2449 of 2504 1 1 gemstar2, It's a shame that the company committing fraud is "negative information", would you like us to pretend that it didn't happen? JakNife | birotop
30/6/2017 19:44 | Including 'some' of the largest agrochemical markets. In addition to expanding the commercialisation "footprint" for 3AEY to include Australia, the companies are formalising their relationship as collaborators, and Eden is granting .... Sipcam the right to exclusively distribute Eden products in a range of new countries, including some of the largest markets for agrochemicals in the world........ As part of Sipcam's overall commitment to the relationship with Eden (in addition to the Subscription (defined below)), in connection with the signed agreements, financial terms have been agreed which include an upfront cash payment to Eden of €0.6m and potential further future fees which are dependent upon which rights, if any, Sipcam decides to take. China, France, Germany, India, and the United States represent the largest agrochemical and pesticide markets while the strongest annual growth is forecast to occur in Azerbaijan (18.2%), Egypt (15.6%), Macedonia (15.4%), Turkey (14.4%) and Moldova (13.8%). Sipcam Global ; They are not in India, Sumi Agro have France covered. .That leaves the 'some' potentially being ...China /USA /Germany. | supersonico
30/6/2017 15:10 | redhill, so very true. Eden well-positioned to grow | monet
30/6/2017 13:51 | Let's see what TW has to say about the rights issue with Sipcam with a 3 year lock-in at least this time we won't have immediate selling of shares, and it's at a little premium. Very good news all round | monet |
