No-one with an ounce of mental metal can look at Eden's past performance, promises of riches to come, vast salaries (and bonuses - what for?) for the directors, and conclude that it has a hope of prospering. If its share price sinks lower, someone might be tempted to make an offer, but this is unlikely to be at a distressed sale rather than a 'blue future' price. Shareholders: this may be painful but, get out now, while you still have the chance.
