With an ever-increasing demand for ZERO RESIDUE products, the large-scale retail trade led us to think of a solution in collaboration with Certis Belchim IT

We realised, in the OP Palumbo Più Farm (Italy) a demonstration day to contrast #nematodes. The idea was to place the #CEDROZ product alongside our #BATTIRIA coating and BATTIRIA fluid products.

The result was very satisfying, a special thanks to all the technicians and organisers of Certis Belchim.

if it is Syngenta global then

1) That's all your eggs in one basket which.

I think Syngenta are part of the picture likely part of more than one egg basket .. a big one.. of the 10+ and part of the Global deal that Abrey mentioned but a closer partner like Corteva are with Ecovelex.

2) Means Eden should have very specific demands and

I hope they do.

3) A contract that gives Eden control, not Syngenta

Sounds from the Abrey 'Dearth' comment and the numerous interested parties that Eden should have good leverage.


4) With a significant upfront payment and

I'd hope so from all 10.

5) Detailed timelines for regulatory submission in all territories.

That sort of inthecoming would be great

6) with minimum guaranteed order for each territory on regulatory approval.

Given the Dearth I imagine this should be easy to agree upon.

7) so that Eden can have some certainty around revenue, but also have an exit clause if Syngenta don't meet the above and no doubt, much more.

I think Syngenta are a significant player but with 10 others in negotiations and what sounds like industry product vacuum both Eden and Syngenta would want to avoid this outcome.

This share is going nowhere, it is OWNED by Corteva. They will get any money to be made by Edens IP. All you are doing as a shareholder is paying for the executive pension fund. Anyone who took my tip on 23rd April re cancer firm Immutep would be up 30%. Instead you stick with a bunch of leaches and are down with Eden. Do the math guys. TRICKY is a boiler room operator.

Sales, Margin, Overheads, and Cash are the key parameters and yes Sales leads the pack, Sorry to bang the same drum but the estimate of only £5mill for 24 is disappointing. Maybe it's being set up for being beaten. Deja vu of previously deja viewed is my current concern
