Perhaps this generous award of options reflects the success of Ecovalex and the likelihood of EA shortly.

As Lykele said at the AGM - Ecovalex is a game changer.

I am here because I expect and can see Eden having a market cap of £1b - in short order. When that happens it will largely because of the people at Eden - people make a difference, clearly Lykele believes that.

As a shareholder the size of the options really make makes my hairs stand on end They say the incentive plan (not performance). Well they were 2_3 years late
On creating a Lab while taking very good compensation.I won't go on but if they were half competent then the company could have achieved far more than it has at this
stage

As mentioned previously in post 14068 showing it's not just Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp that benefit from Corteva regulatory clout.

Sam Eathington commentary @1hr29m in the Corteva Innovation Web cast in referring to EU approvals sounds very confident in Corteva's 'regulatory capacity to get things approved around the world is quite beneficial there'. Also Eden have Mike Carroll on hand as our trusty Corteva link man to provide network benefits.

Ecovelex news flow; Now a monthly event.

Looks like Corteva Agriscience and Eden could be 'working jointly to accelerate the regulatory processes' just like example of post 15117 @ Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp.

16 August 2023 First Order For Ecovelex

Following the successful fundraise announced by the Company on 28 July 2023, production of Ecovelex is now underway to fulfil this initial order. It is expected that the order will be shipped towards the end of the year so that, in the event of receipt of relevant regulatory approvals, it will be available in time for the seed treatment window for the 2024 growing season.


03 July 2023 Regulatory Application for Ecovelex in the UK

In late May 2023, Eden submitted the regulatory dossier and application to Austria, who will act as the interzonal rapporteur member state on behalf of the EU. Review and authorisation can take between 18 and 24 months, with each EU member state then able to ratify the authorisation or require additional information before granting local authorisations. It is anticipated that review and eventual authorisation in the UK will take a similar amount of time, though it should be noted that the pace of regulatory actions is controlled by the relevant authorities with whom Eden will work to ensure that we are able to bring our effective, sustainable solution to the aid of farmers affected by bird damage to their crops as quickly as possible."



30 May 2023 Eden and Corteva seek to bring Ecovelex to market

"Together, we are bringing another safe and effective seed treatment to market in near record time through efficient, open collaboration and a real 'win-win' approach. We will enjoy the rewards of this successful collaboration jointly, but it is the farmers who will also win as we will be providing them with a new tool for improving crop yields, safely and sustainably."

12 May 2021 Milestone Agreement signed with Corteva

Eden and Corteva will continue to collaborate to further develop and optimise Eden's seed treatment product. The companies are committed to working together to register the final product candidate with the aim of initially launching the Product in the European Union, the UK and Serbia in time for the 2024 growing season, although both companies acknowledge that this is an estimate and is open to revision, dependent on development and product registration.
