Wait for the dump, now. (-;

This could be A-Tool's last ever chance to offload at only a small (about 40%) averaged loss.

Cracking stuff super.
Makes sense that crows and other birds don’t just eat maize seeds and seedlings.

Odd to think how many millions Eden can make on this one aspect of an IP portfolio that covers so many solutions for our eco friendly world - and not only agri industry but human and animal heath also.

'Corteva is also running trials in sunflower crops. If extensive testing meets our rigorous requirements and is considered efficient, we will also extend the label to sunflower crops'.

The '2024 growing season' statement that Lube would prefer to ignore.

With Eden's history of ....in the coming...and Smith's well learned caution on predicting regulatory outcomes it's hard not to judge the numerous mentions of '2024 growing season' in the AR for Ecovelex seed treatment as a done deal otherwise one would expect a way more heavily caveated approach.

Seed applied technologies are an integral part of integrated crop management. They offer a number of important benefits. First, they’re a comprehensive tool. A typical pre-treated Corteva Agriscience corn or bean seed in North America features 10 to 12 components acting together as a complex, comprehensive, coordinated set of solutions, all intended to support early-stage plant development. The list includes insecticides, fungicides, nematicides, binders and an identifying color. Increasingly, seed applied technologies also feature biologicals that support seedlings through biotic and abiotic stresses. I expect big steps forward for our biologicals in the near future.

André Negreiros, EMEA Seed Applied Technologies Lead at Corteva Agriscience, said: "After several years of focused and productive collaboration, we are pleased to be reaching the commercialization of Ecovelex. Every year, farmers face heavy losses caused by birds, and recent regulatory changes have meant that the conventional approaches to combating crop damage are no longer available.

"The solution we have developed with Eden offers farmers an effective and safe alternative whilst representing a huge step forward in sustainability by using plant chemistry. Eden's team has done an excellent job of helping us tackle this tremendous market opportunity, and we look forward to expanding upon this work in the future."

Sean Smith, Eden CEO, said: "Eden's collaboration with Corteva Agriscience over the past several years has been highly productive, and I am pleased to see the first real commercial benefits from these activities within reach.

"Together, we are bringing another safe and effective seed treatment to market in near record time through efficient, open collaboration and a real 'win-win' approach. We will enjoy the rewards of this successful collaboration jointly, but it is the farmers who will also win as we will be providing them with a new tool for improving crop yields, safely and sustainably."

Hi - my belief is they are being backed by the massive seed manufacture in the states. They definitely won't run out of money. I agree they need sales - but my info suggests they are about to deliver. This is a price you wont see again. Im filling my pockets

Kenmitch,

Last time I looked a Whale was staring me in the face but it seems strangely to only have caught my eye. Perhaps it's an optical illusion or a delusion of mine.

The tale of a Canary talking about a Whale...again.
