03/11/2018 14:52 | Investing, Good to see it's not just me trying to forensically decipher the Eden Mud. The Supersonico Guide to Eden definitions aka The Five Year Dance. 'Not likely to be a ‘blocking̵ 'Not Likely' = Likely 'in the coming months' 'later part of 2014-2018' = Early 2019 'Short Order' = 7 or more months. Every Consumer Health/ Animal Health and Sipcam Non 3logy RNS statement from 2014-2018 = Read Early 2019. North America Deal but lets 'all' keep quiet about EU and other muddy elephants = Worldwide | supersonico
03/11/2018 13:50 | hxxp://www.edenresea Slide 11 Why would Eden say Sipcam is not likely to be a blocking investment? A blocking to what? Did Sipcam then know what was coming down the road? Is something bigger coming and if so would Sipcam facilitate that relationship? What is meant by building Eden's asset base'? And here again is the biggee "Grants Sipcam the right to evaluate a number of Sipcam-Oxon Group’s active substances encapsulated using Eden’s Sustaine microencapsulation technology. This includes combinations with Eden’s own active ingredients." Circa 8 weeks to go. Has Sipcam-Oxon successfully encapsulated their own active and commercial substances? Has Sipcam successfully co-encapsulated with Eden's own active ingredients? That's a massive door to open and a massive RNS if it comes. Transformational I would say :) What about those territories where Sipcam has an affiliate? China, Brazil, Argentina!!!! Will the distributor for Brazil be jointly announced with toll manufacturing in Brazil? And finally, Slides 16 & 17 Where are we with that $4.2 billion seeds market opportunity. Endorsed for 2016 & 2017 and re-iterated at the 2018 AGM. Might we get an announcement on this too? | investingisatrickygame
31/10/2018 17:25 | Quiet possible, who would blame them. But at 50p the picture will be more three dimensional I suspect and a lot more of the EdenBerg will be exposed. | supersonico
31/10/2018 16:32 | I'm not suggesting an exit at 24p, but money will come off the table at 50p for sure. Eden's share price needs to leapfrog that and maintain higher. | investingisatrickygame
31/10/2018 15:54 | Investing, I'm not sure your right about that. Some folk have been invested for over a decade and did not choose to evacuate when we went to 24p a while back. This is an Ethical share choice for many and the longterm Bluesky story is persuasive and sticky. There has been much nurturing and dedicated educational work done by MW over the years to maintain that stickiness. The institutional base has also remained strong for over 5 years and been reinforced by Livingbridge more recently. Those invested know the potential and I don't think will give their shares away cheaply given the picture that is forming. There are also few shares available beyond the 3-5% that are being moped up recently and over the last 2 years here so acquiring Eden would be expensive imo. | supersonico
31/10/2018 15:02 | I personally don't believe the share register is strong enough to resist a bid. They'd have to additionally call on the support of 'friends'. Would those friends, so long invested for no return, support Eden? I can't see why. Asking for their support at that stage of the game and telling them why is too late. Build the story now and trust may then be established to support Eden in such a circumstance | investingisatrickygame
31/10/2018 12:37 | Investing, Glyphosate which is 40% of Roundup is toxic on it's own, the formulation/carrier solution 60% enhances the toxicity profile dramatically that's why Monsanto colluded with every regulator around the world and refused to test Roundup. I think your point is interesting but also could be equally applied to Eastman, Sipcam and Bayer Animal Health. I'm not sure of the answer atm but I think it has something to do with the hostile T/O process and Sipcams possibly defensive stake. There is of course plenty we do not yet know due to NDA's What goes unsaid or questions unanswered can in the end often prove the most revealing. tbc | supersonico
31/10/2018 11:20 | Super, If Eden encapsulated Glyphosate in Sustaine, let alone co-encapsulated Glyphosate, the value of the shares of Eden would be so stratospheric, anyone holding shares in Eden would be rich. It would presumably replace Roundup, thereby being a solution to that toxic problem, it would also send a broad a deep message across the industry about the capabilities of Sustaine to a wider product market. Seriously, would Bayer even allow that to happen? I suspect if any such trials by them proved positive, they would snap up Eden and declare their success re Glyphosate afterwards. Thus getting Eden for a song, but also making shareholders happy at the same time (just not and happy as they could have been if Bayer announced their success prior to such an offer :). | investingisatrickygame

31/10/2018 07:53 | Looks like some big buying (and a seller?) showing up after hours. Was out last night so didn't quite see all the days trades - annoying how ADVFN drops off the NEX trades soon after the trading day. Can't be ar*ed opening up NEX to see what trades went through there. Just as with the BREXIT negotiations, I expect a flurry of deals/RNSs being concluded by Sipcam as their Option period expires - 31 Dec 2018. I have no doubt about Eden's commercial success - too many big names have parted with cash to make use of our IP - Sipcam, Eastman and soon we must hear of milestones from Bayer. That IP will not lie on the shelf, it provides these companies with a real and significant competitive advantage over their competition and consumers should be pleased as it will generate genuinely better products. | attyg

29/10/2018 19:31 | CHICAGO, October 26, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- According to the new market research report "Molluscicides Market by Type (Chemical (Metaldehyde, Methiocarb, Ferric Phosphate) and Biological Molluscicides), Application (Agricultural and Non-Agricultural), Form (Pellets, and Liquid & Gel), and Region - Global Trends & Forecast to 2023", published by MarketsandMarkets, the Molluscicides Market is estimated to be USD 587.8 million in 2018 and is projected to reach USD 727.8 million by 2023, at a CAGR of 4.4% during the forecast period. The high commercial losses incurred due to snail attacks on horticulture crops have increased the usage of molluscicides for these crops. Further, the golden apple snail (GAS) is among the growing species of snails that attack rice crops in Asian countries such as China and Japan. For this reason, the demand for biological molluscicides is increasing significantly across all regions. | supersonico
