Given the period of time this has been suspended,Not releasing an up to date set of accounts is deplorable.

I struggle to see how the intimated restructuring with DBay is anything other than a takeover. In which case, current shareholders should be entitled to the same cash value as DBay paid on their last purchase (80p ish).

Agreed, there may be a waiver based on 'false' accounts, but, why should DBay get a waiver when I will not for my purchase in July based on the same financial information.

DBay are going to 'give' a PIK loan of £55M. I will ignore the (de)merits of a PIK loan for the time being. However, I am sure there is a REIT out there that is more than happy to do a buy and lease back of the £43M of land and Buildings owned by ESL(annual report of 2018). Probable a similar deal could be done with the Plant , equipment and Vehicles (£42M).

Having read through the 2018 Annual Report I am confused why things have come off the rails so quickly since the IPO. Perhaps goodwill of £189M and Intangibles of £122M cause some concern.

Note 26 (AR of 2018) throws up some interesting numbers on Operating Leases.

I am no accountant, so the cross relationship of some of the numbers above may be overlooked by me.

Usual stuff Buy on rumour. Good news. A lot more to come here.Still way undervalued.Currently a cash shell with a lot more to come. Dbay didnt bail this out and take a 51% holding to lose money. Remind me 32p a share wasnt it what they thought the company was worth? Just be patient and buy on this weakness. Would be silly not to IMO!!!

Could just be people getting in for the run up to the results

I’m not buying more but hopeful on the upward movement
