Jim, they state that to remain listed they were required to raise at least £6m by June. Because of Covid-19, AIM has extended this to December. But they go on to say that with current conditions they think a successful fundraise may be difficult to achieve, and they need a lot more than £6m in reality, so the company may be delisted. Technically it remains "as is" but the shares went immediately into auction at 6.5p, I can't see how they'll do anything but tank on Monday.

AIM has given them an extension to December to raise the funds. Reading through that RNS seems they are hiding behind the current covid situation as a means to take it private.

Holders may end up being given shares in Eddie Stobart.

"If funds cannot be raised, it is likely that the Company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM, and that the Company will either continue as a private company or distribute its indirect interest in the Eddie Stobart trading entities to shareholders."

Equity fund raised needed by June, not likely to succeed so will probably be delisted.
