ECSC Group plc (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, has been notified that on 14 December 2018, David Mathewson, the Company's Non-Executive Chairman and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), purchased 7,008 Ordinary Shares at a price of 70 pence per share and now holds a total beneficial interest in 35,419 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.39 per cent. of the Company's ordinary share capital.
