At the same time, the Company has agreed to issue and allot 2,500,000 new Ordinary Shares as payment in lieu of £6,000 of accrued fees owed by the Company in order to assist the Company in conserving its cash resources. These new Ordinary Shares have also been issued at an issue price of 0.24 pence per new Ordinary Share, which was the volume weighted average price for Ordinary Shares over the 14 trading days prior to the date of the invoice.

Now can you tell me what is negative in my reply to ODR where I was sticking up for those in charge.
I am happy with what they are doing in Oz, especially given how previous management fared, and have said so and would prefer them to continue concentrating on that.

Kemche, I am in agreement.

I can remember when this share was very high in a previous gold boom.

Whilst there are no guarantees in this difficult climate I think most miners are having trouble it is a sector thing.
