I see little point in whinging that others have been allowed to buy in cheaply if you don't take the opportunity to do the same at as near as you can to the placing price - so I have topped up at 2.33 which whilst 6% more than the favoured ones it avoids me being diluted and is 12% cheaper than I was happy to pay just a few days ago :)

BUT you potificated 'always' excellance like some seasoned investor telling others what they should have done and how good you are. So you had taken some off the table here before today even though you kept spouting all the positive stuff over previous pages - hmmmm!!

At CHF i was well over exposed, should have sold earlier, kicking myself, did sell half at 12.5p but it should have been 15p, tho liquidity is a problem there too.
Been buying them back at under 9p recently, because despite the "foot in mouth" CEO I still think they have good ground and will find grade and quantity later this year, and I don't believe they told us the full truth regarding those assays.

Similar to ECR in many ways.

There are no negatives to today's RNS, they are not desperate for the cash, they want the cash for a specific need, and it's only £2m so is not excessive, and the warrants are 1 for 2 at 3.75p.

I bought 3m shares after the last placing, sold half averaging 3p, bought half a million back today at 2.30p and am looking to channel more cash when over the next few days at this share price

Always buy immediately after placings. Always take a little profit. Always be patient and disciplined.

Why?

Because CB or any CEO wants to keep major shareholders happy and fully supportive. Us little people don't matter at all, we are lambs to the slaughter, and no company panders to fly by night penny punters.

The assays will show "encouraging indications" that warrant further exploration, and CB can't say more than that or he'll be accused of being corrupt.

They are doing a great job, CB is transforming ECR into a real company with tangible assets, rather than a couple of blokes with a hired rig every couple of years.

Follow the money, buy in as near to mates rates placing price, and be patient, the next year will be transformational, but the next RNS is likely to downplay the assays and merely say "strong indications" or similar wording.

Bit of a surprise this but hey ho. Craig wants to go for it then, he must rate what he has seen so bring on the news and lets get drilling both main assets out.

I think a new rig is coming, one for Creswick and one for Ballieston. GLA.

This stinks of corruption! Either you are fully funded, or not. Looks like he has allowed mates to buy cheap, sell as price rose to over 3.5p, then use their profits to get a really cheap placing, PLUS bloody warrants! I don’t believe there was a specific need for cash, above the £4m we had and can’t understand why he wouldn’t have raised it when we were above 3p.

I now do not trust Craig Brown.

Logically speaking I just don’t get why ECR has raised more capital after making it abundantly clear for months that they don’t need to?!

CB must now demonstrate to investors who bought into the promise of (funded till 2023) that this recent move is justified.

Placings always cause a day of huffing and puffing but all small caps do it, just why now Craig?!

I won’t be averaging down however tempting, I need to see more clarity and frankly, honesty.

Small shareholders always seem to get shafted.
Sucked in at the top only to find fund raising and price halves.
Hardly ever get truth from CEO's.
Positive is warrants might bring in further funding.
The might depending on which way price goes from here and if we get positive news.
RNS is a disappointment but only setback to investors who paid more for their shares.

Very depressing news!! My small stake in here has gine down by 50% sadly bought at peak of 4p. All that c...p about being fully funded!! What was placing price?

Ok then excellance let us say we had more than enough cash for all of 21 in to early 22 based on another rig and expansion of drilling.
Why not wait until the share price was much higher through drilling? And why are we still a company that needs to be sweetening raisings with warrants?

Brown needs to explain more and deliver something tangible instead of BS videos which border on the perfidious or I will be following Gooner.
