I expect the bid to be made after Gazania result and farm out 3b/4b and resignation of Keith Hill as a director of Eco due to conflict of interest.

Seems AOI might have some headroom (to 20% max) in their holding. This from April raise:Details of the SubscriptionAfrica Oil Corp, a substantial shareholder in the Company, intends to enter into a subscription agreement to subscribe for such number of Subscription Shares at the Issue Price as equates to an aggregate subscription amount of US$4 million, subject to Africa Oil Corp's resulting interest in Eco's share capital as enlarged by the Equity Fundraise remaining below 20% (with the number of Subscription Shares being reduced accordingly, if required, to ensure that this is the case).The situation after the completion in April 22 was that AOI would hold 17.28%, so not sure why it's shown as less now.

Looking back I found this from when AO took their initial tranch:AOC will be entitled to a right of first offer in respect of any asset for which Eco Atlantic seeks to farm out an interest.That perhaps explains KH's attitude...

Yes working a buy order I suspect. Maybe on behalf of African Oil? Keith Hill's comment which knocked 10% off the share price would have been well timed if that's the case.
Probably wide of the mark but there is a certain logic there given what has been said.

Been noticed in Canada the House Broker....Peters......is constantly buying stock.

One wonders why the House Broker is so active on the buy side only and not selling any. Good news ahead ? AOI going to make an offer for ECO soon after Gazania result ? Big buy order placed in the background over the past month ?
