Well, we've got a deal, but at this stage it seems to be a case that the cheap shares are for the benefit of Bob and Friends rather than the general public. Always the danger with controlling shareholders and the Wild West of AIM.

I think Bob Holt has got enough mates with a good CVs on board to suggest he has plans that will come to fruition; if it was a true "let's start the search" situation I think those same people would not yet be engaged/announced.

It's a cash shell, so by definition it is doing nothing. For now. The hope has too be that serial money maker Bob Holt and associates who own shares find an acquisition by the end of the summer. The associates look like seasoned execs and I should think they would only be on board if they believed that Bob had a plan.
