Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Sir Terry Leahy and Mr Bill Currie, Non-Executive Directors of the Company, on 7 January 2018 each acquired 150,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 101 pence per share.

Following these transactions Sir Terry Leahy and Mr Currie have respective beneficial interests of 2,420,970 Ordinary Shares and 3,413,322 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.5 per cent. and 13.4 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital respectively.
