Only certain condition codes change the price, it was introduced in MiFID II. So the algo executions have a price adjusting condition code and that's what skewed the price away from the mid

The mid is 19.7 .. it's sitting at 18.1 because of the AT condition code

It's sitting at the bid rather than the mid or offer to exaggerate the fall imho
