DX Group results today showed narrower losses as its turnaround initiatives bolstered performance.
In the six months ended 31 December, reported losses before tax narrowed to £5.3m from £14.1m a year earlier, and group revenues rose 7% to £157m.

Encouraging results. Turnover up and ebitda loss down from £4.4m to £2.5m. Expecting to be ebitda positive for the year, so an ebitda of at least £2.5m in H2 (compared to an ebitda loss of £0.5m last year). Hopefully that means a return to profitability in 2019/20. Market cap is £60m.

Nice little recovery play this - Could well see a run at 15p before results here if any volume arrives. BOD looks to be executing its plan well. Looking forward to the next update.

Strange trading though over 6 days ,more than 800k of buys to sells and down, and down further today.
Is a larger delayed sell in the being somewhere,that may show later?..

So despite raising £28.5m swapping debt and associated interest cost for equity and raising cash for working capital , they lost £12m more than the last year, and that is BEFORE all the "Exceptional " items.

Those exceptionals were supposed to sweep everything under the carpet - yet there are more this year .

If you want to work on the basis that its "better than market expectations" so be it - but a company that is still getting worse is not invest-able for me

The new medical team has prevented the patient from suffering a quick death. Nevertheless the patient is still loosing weight despite a large, one off,injection of emergency cash. Lack of further signs of recovery are likely to be fatal and lead to the undertaker making a large profit and distributing any assets of the deceased's estate to the bereaved dependents.

Trades over the last five trading days are interesting.
Big buyer pushed up the price.
Then sellers moved in.

Unusual in that it looks like a genuine market to me.

Yes, over the past 7 months 3 directors have collectively bought 1,1550,000 shares costing £120K.

So this is a snippet from the last trading update in march-
'Turnaround strategy in place - with initiatives underway; early benefits already apparent'.

Since then there has been numerous director buys and increased shareholdings. Good things to come imo. Unless the people in the know are just putting in money in to lose.. which i doubt.
