Judging by what the directors paid, the other large trades were also worked buys imo. So they bought all the shorts borrowed stock. Good luck buying back imo.

Yes, that's very encouraging for holders. One can but wonder if they've had renewal confirmation from Land Registry and similar at DX Exchange.

Looks like they just have EezyMunny.

It will be interesting to see if there is a bit of a recovery now before normal service resumes and it ticks back down again based on the uncertain outlook.

I don't think you're ever going to do the sensible thing and realise that this year's earnings and divi are largely irrelevant. Renewal rates at Dx Exchange are the key thing IMO. If they continue to decline rapidly then DX may get in serious trouble IMO.

If I held here I'd keep asking why directors have not bought a single share since the big profit warning. P/E of 4 and yield of 14% and not a single director purchase. Hmmmm...

No diku, they have cash which they are about to vote for distribution to shareholders. I think the "capital reduction" (return of cash to shareholders) is being confused with "capital reorganisation".

If they are projected to deliver 4-5p eps (1/3rd of the sp) then it actually looks cheap.

Just looks like shorts following trend or take down for more shares for the divi.

How did they get away floating this at 120p? then write off 100million "good will"? translated money for nothing!, and watch the share price slide to 15p.

At least the "good will" is in the price now.

Peeps could have bought these around 14p some weeks back and then sold for 26p or thereabouts.

Looking to get in after missing that I guess but I doubt anything anybody says here will push it down. The last update was not that bad and I reckon these will move up soon. Whether that is after another dip remains to be seen.
