28/9/2021 13:37 | The Board don't seem to be rushing themselves with the tender given the CitySprint cash of £1.5m are the only outstanding proceeds (given they have stated they intend to hold back the full £12m of contractual commitments). Is that just a leisurely approach or that more news due? | cousinit

07/7/2021 15:17 | Superb news today. A massive uplift on UPOL and a bit unexpected. It shows that their valuations are on the cautious side. | topvest
12/11/2020 21:20 | Lucky you. I only seem to have got a lower % tendered, but maybe I will check again tomorrow as I seem to remember that the excess can be dealt with separately sometimes. | topvest

22/10/2020 20:09 | I've tendered all of mine and hoping to exit and move on. Made a reasonable profit in this trust. Exit has been a tad drawn out, so hoping to draw a line under this while the going is good! | topvest

10/8/2020 14:17 | 280p-300p - a nice move up, though on little volume. | skyship
05/8/2020 11:55 | Sky: I bought these a couple of weeks ago having researched them after you mentioned them. Have taken the quick 10% turn today as in these uncertain times a profit is a profit. Thanks for highlighting. Am still looking at the zero's you mentioned recently ! | cousin jack
05/8/2020 11:26 | Makes a change for me....and thanks for the silver play...I know I took a bit off the table early...but glad held on for more | badtime
05/8/2020 11:09 | BT - Well done, good timing. They were 230p-248p first up; a crazy spread, though not as bad as the headline. Yes, back in a couple of weeks ago at an average of 249.5p. I just assume there should be a good capital redemption quite soon; and the discount makes it not a no-brainer exactly, but for sure a good Risk/Reward play | skyship
05/8/2020 11:05 | Nice jump....wonder if there's now little stock around ...bought some first up | badtime
05/8/2020 10:47 | Spreads narrowed | badtime
04/8/2020 19:57 | I take it you are back in ...why the spread? | badtime
03/8/2020 08:47 | 30th June NAV effectively unchanged since March @ 379.8p "The finalised net asset value per share will be published on 21 September 2020 at which time the Board intend to give a further update with regards to a return of capital." Why do they sit on shareholders' cash for month after month rather than paying it out as planned. Presumably because their fees are based upon the Total Assets being mis-managed! | skyship
19/7/2020 14:16 | 5. Cash and Commitments: Dunedin Enterprise had cash and near cash balances of GBP 12.3 m at 31 March 2020. Following the quarter end a distribution of GBP13.8m was received from Dunedin Buyout Fund III LP representing the proceeds from the sale of Kingsbridge which completed in April 2020 and a recapitalisation of FRA in February 2020. Following this receipt total cash and near cash balances were GBP26.1m. Outstanding capital commitments to limited partnership funds are GBP 22.2 m. It is expected that GBP 12.2 m of the total outstanding commitments will ultimately be drawn over the remaining life of the funds. We are currently negotiating an extension of the GBP5m banking facility with Lloyds Bank for a further year to 31 May 2021. In due course we will be advising shareholders of a further return of capital. | skyship
17/7/2020 00:09 | "In March 2020 we sold our investment in Kingsbridge to Pennsylvania-based NSM Insurance Inc." So where is it? | pvb
