@pvb - seen a lot on Premier Miton and my understanding is, it's just the merger of Premier and Miton, reporting their holding. May be wrong - like you, I struggle to understand these sometimes.

Return GBP5.2m to shareholders via a further issue of B Shares, pursuant to the mechanism approved by shareholders on 11 May 2017.

This fourth return of capital follows the first issue of B Shares in December 2017 which returned GBP20.6m of capital to shareholders, a second issue of B Shares in February 2018 which returned GBP10.3m of capital to shareholders and a third issue of B Shares in October 2018 which returned GBP10.3m of capital to shareholders. A total of GBP114m will have been returned to shareholders since 2012 via dividends and returns of capital.
B Shares of 1 pence each will be paid up from capital and issued to all shareholders by way of a bonus issue pro-rata to their holding of Ordinary Shares on the basis of 25 B Shares for every one Ordinary Share held at the record date of 6.00pm on 11 June 2019. The B Shares will be issued on 12 June 2019 and immediately redeemed at 1 pence per B Share. The Ordinary Shares will trade ex-B Share entitlement with effect from 10 June 2019. The proceeds from the redemption of the B Shares will be sent to shareholders on 26 June 2019,

Plus an article yesterday by Questor in the Telegraph about it being a bargain due to its (then) discount of ~11.5%.

The original cost of the investment was GBP3.8m and over its life, a total of GBP22.5m has been received by Dunedin Enterprise, representing a 5.9 times return and an IRR of 35%.
