Cheers. Just added them to my investment case I'm working on this week. Debating whether to come in. It would currently seem that those on the inside can place, take shares at a lower rate than your average punter and scoop up more shares.

This could in reality go on for some time, with major holders not getting diluted through cheaper share purchase and punters having to stump up more cash than them to stay the same.

More research needed I feel.

Richard Edwards must have already been talking to a number of interested parties that want an RTO. It will happen within a few months before the company's shares get suspended due to time-out of inaction. Every shareholder, except those who got in much earlier at higher price, will make a profit on their shares.

Well you seem to have missed out the bit about the 600m new shares for the placing and CLN (40% of the then share issue), so the dilution continues and this will go on and on, in the meantime this will just be a pump and dump by a few who may or may not get to sell at the right time, as this moves erratically and the MMs are great at locking in those losses...

Apologies for my intrusion to this LSE board.
However, yesterday's 3pm RNS may have been overlooked by some of you.
This latest development [RNS] is massive & may have been missed as DKE [Dukemount Capital] is Main Market and not AIM.

☆☆Below is the original rumour I posted on Wednesday on the DKE LSE board and I also posted around 3 weeks ago, when I first heard it;

☆☆"The rumour is apparently of a reverse takeover, at or around 0.075p by Gongqingcheng Yuxin Investment Management [GQC].
This RTO makes perfect sense and has been linked to a past RTO
This company, if you
search, has links to Richard Edwards and his wife....who own 25% of DKE
0.075p was the share price [ March 24] when 'The Richards' took shares in lieu of the loan agreement debt repayment...if you all research!"

This will RTO very soon.
DKE are now fully funded, have zero debt and main market.
The new Executive Director [bought more yesterday] owns around 28% of DKE now and is a specialist in RTOs from 'cash shells'

This has a 500k market cap and was over 1p... without this kind of massive news only a 12 months ago!
