Further to the confirmation of its intention to implement a share buyback programme, as set out in its announcement on 14 June 2022 , the Company announces that it has purchased a total of 25,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 34p pence per share through Singer Capital Markets. The ordinary shares purchased will be held in treasury.

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 53,962,868, of which 494,654 shares are held in treasury, therefore, the total number of Ordinary shares carrying voting rights is 52,998,560 .
