Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, announces that Ben Wilkinson, Chief Financial Officer, made the following notification relating to the exercise of options over 349,296 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The notification set out below, which was made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details of such dealing.

Following this transaction, Mr. Wilkinson retains 8,475 Ordinary Shares and options over 417,558 Ordinary Shares.
