Draper Esprit PLC (AIM: GROW, ESM: GRW), a leading venture capital firm investing in and developing high growth digital technology businesses, hereby notifies of the acquisition of ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 24(th) July 2020 by Non-Executive Director Richard Pelly.

Richard Pelly has acquired 380 Ordinary Shares at a price of 506 pence per share. Mr Pelly's resultant interest following this purchase is now 380 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.000 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
