28/11/2023 08:32 | Miserable premium on the bid. This is one shareholders need to fight. Make your intentions known to management that this isn't good enough. | tabhair
19/9/2023 07:26 | Rather good interims today:) | jm65
21/8/2023 07:14 | So the bankruptcy of the Russian business will really tidy things up and they still have roughly £4000000 in cash | hybrasil
12/6/2023 09:34 | That lira continues to fall and fall. If erdogan allows that new finance minister to stay I think things will get better | hybrasil
28/12/2022 10:14 | I ran a google search. Can find no evidence of any speculation as to Russia. What prompted the rns? | hybrasil
04/7/2022 22:18 | turkish inflation running at almost 80% officially, and 175% in june unofficially. interest rates at 14%! | m_kerr
18/3/2022 18:51 | This has gone up 10p a day since my entry. Roll on Monday. | albert arthur
11/3/2022 10:05 | hybrasil - the problem to resolve is that DPEU have the capital invested in russia, so if the order to leave russia comes in from domino's inc, DPEU should be compensated. trading in turkey will i suspect be unaffected by any decision, so they don't face the same pressures that consumer facing businesses in the west have. the issue i've always had with this company is geopolitical risk. the turkish side of DPEU is fantastically well managed, but that's being dragged down by the russian operation. | m_kerr
11/3/2022 07:13 | What a useless rns. Totally impossible to understand what it means. ExCEPT THEY ARE NOT PULLING OUT OF RUSSIA. I suspect the master franchisor won’t approve | hybrasil
08/3/2022 14:17 | Forget the russian business entirely. Whats the Turkish one worth? | hybrasil
08/3/2022 13:06 | Had a lucky miss here. Wonder if there was a lock-in for Jubilant? Ironic if so as this eventuality wouldn't have been the reason intended. I think their six month period without a bid runs out at the end of this month. Interesting to see if they then try to buy it on the cheap. | microscope
08/3/2022 10:46 | Surprised they haven't pulled out by now | hybrasil
03/3/2022 10:15 | I think they should! Very unfortunate investment by Jubilant but political uncertainty is what had the share price so low. I'm out at the moment | hybrasil
28/2/2022 17:01 | ' my gut feeling, from my experience investing in DOM, is that they will pull out of the russian market (not before losing a shed load of money).' (2020) > i suspect i will be proven right here. | m_kerr
23/2/2022 08:18 | Double post | hybrasil
23/2/2022 08:16 | Judging by the price reaction - probably not | hybrasil
22/2/2022 11:27 | Will they feed the troops PIZZA? | hybrasil
10/2/2022 14:08 | Another intriguing announcement but I'll leave those of you on here with more in depth knowledge of the company to clarify for me! | microscope
27/1/2022 22:25 | one thing i look at here is the franchisee percentage, which has fallen from about 33% at IPO, to about 23% now. that means lower risk, lower capex (meaning higher returns), and almost always a much higher share price (if it wasn't for the currency anyway). the strong demand for franchises is an excellent sign. the Turkish side is very well run. the russian side isn't, and continues to lose money. | m_kerr
26/1/2022 15:50 | Fair amount of positive vibes, but ultimately FY anticipated to be in line. Think any excitement will start only when Jubilant's six months without a bid is reached as people will await their next move, if any. | microscope
25/1/2022 15:52 | Update and conference call in the morning, as per recent RNS | microscope
20/1/2022 18:30 | Volatile trading on thin volumes here. With trading update and shareholder presentation imminent, fascinating to see how next few days go ahead of that... | microscope
10/1/2022 10:36 | Very wrong that it would take such a long time to make this notification | hybrasil |
