DP Aircraft I Limited (the "Company")

Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that on 11 December 2014 it posted to Shareholders the Notice convening the Company's annual general meeting which will be held at the Company's registered office at 10 a.m. on Friday 2 January 2015.

Shareholders will also find enclosed a form of proxy for use in relation to the annual general meeting which should be completed, signed and returned in accordance with the instructions therein.

The meeting is being held on this date in order to comply with the requirement under Guernsey law for a company to have an annual general meeting within 18 months of incorporation. Please note, however, that the audited financial statements of the Company for its first financial period (ending 31 December 2014) will not be available for laying before shareholders at the annual general meeting. Accordingly, the business of approving the audited financial statements for 2014 and related matters will be deferred to a further general meeting to be held later in 2015.

A copy of the Notice has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm
