Yet more bullsh1t. Has the bloke got no shame. It is down to 16 bopd (February 2016) according to what Angus have been reporting to DECC.

Yet another porky from yooou know who IMO. He lied about 3D at Horse Hill so know wonder he keeps getting his facts wrong.

"And it wasn’t just BP who may have missed the potential of this extraordinary deposit. That other global major Esso actually drilled not one but two wells at Horse Hill in the 1960’s and didn’t realise the potential of the Kimmeridge limestones either. They never even tested the limestones!"

Evidence from gov would suggest only one well drilled by Esso but hey, when did that matter. Collendean-1, not Horse Hill.

Doriemus PLC (ISDX: DOR), the London listed and UK centric oil and gas
investment company, is pleased to announce that the UK Oil and Gas Authority
("OGA") has granted a significant and positive change of terms to the Horse
Hill ("HH") PEDL137 and PEDL246 licences near Gatwick Airport.

At the Operator's, Horse Hill Developments Ltd. ("HHDL"), election, of which
Doriemus is a shareholder, the licences will adopt 2016 14th Round licence
terms permitting the HH Licences to continue without further relinquishment. A
Retention Area ("RA") covering the entire 55 square mile licence area and an
outline work programme has been agreed with the OGA. The RA will continue
throughout the agreed work programme period currently due to expire on June 30,
2018 for PEDL137 and June 30, 2017 for PEDL246. The HH Licences forward work
plan includes long-term production testing of 3 Kimmeridge Limestone zones plus
the overlying Portland, two contingent appraisal/development wells and 3D
seismic.

David Lenigas, Doriemus's Executive Chairman, commented:

"The conversion of the Horse Hill licences to the new 14th round Licence terms
is seen as being extremely valuable to the Company and the Horse Hill partners
and the future plans for this new UK onshore oil discovery.

"After the recent oil discoveries at Horse Hill, ownership of every square mile
is very important at this stage. The HHDL partners can now move their stated
Portland and Kimmeridge Limestone appraisal and development programmes forward
with the certainty that the partners can retain 100% of the entire 55 square
mile licences without the necessity of any future relinquishments."

Interest in Horse Hill:

Doriemus owns a 10% direct interest in HHDL. HHDL is a special purpose company
that owns a 65% participating interest and operatorship of licence PEDL137 and
the adjacent licence PEDL246 in the UK Weald Basin.

The directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this
announcement.

I've just seen the news of the options. They way I see this, is the directors have basically agreed to a quasi placing at a premium to the market. I want Lenigas to have some real skin in the game. Let's see if he keeps buying shares. Now that would be interesting.

Doriemus PLC (ISDX: DOR) announces that it has today issued options over a
total of 750,000,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 0.05p per share
(compared to the closing mid-market price on 29 June 2016 of 0.0425p). The
exercise price represents an 18% premium to current price. These options will
vest immediately and will expire on 30 June 2021.

The options represent in aggregate 9.68% of the existing issued share capital
and have been issued to current directors.

In addition the Company has today cancelled all previously issued options to
the current directors over a total of 120,000,000 ordinary shares at an
exercise price of 0.22p per share excercisable up until 14 November 2018.

The options for the directors are now as follows:

watch and learn...the kimmeridge will hit big time in brockham and we have a production licence...have a feeling for horsehill to get a production licence and get the facilities built is a big hurdle which will take years to be done...here all in place...tap in to kimmeridge and the game changer of the whole weald basin will be revealed...looked at rem...i was there when it was 0.03p...and most just thought p and d...went to over 1p on big lithium find...and who was there big boy lenigas...:)

The usual blind denial of real facts. 12 bopd is what DECC say so I'll take their word for it.
£57k income from oil last financial year, 1/2 that of the previous year. Lidsey have not provided details of any production this year.
