Shame they did not proof read RNS before listing it!!!

"HHDL is a special purpose vehicle, which owns a 65% working interest and
operatorship of the Licence. UKOG now owns a 10% beneficial shareholding in
HHDL. "

Should have said DOR IMO, not UKOG. Lets see how long it takes them to notice!

Just looked at my TDWaterhouse a/c and it looks like I have all my allocation plus the additional shares I applied for---TDW have taken the money and they appear in my Portfolio--although not as an share price value as they are not ´live´yet. Anyone else checked their broker accounts??

"Doriemus PLC (ISDX:DOR), the London traded UK focused oil and gas exploration
and production investment company, is pleased to advise that it now has now
received firm commitments to subscribe for up to the full amount of the
ordinary shares in the Company (the "Subscription Shares"), under the Open
Offer, at the Open Offer price of GBP0.00035 per share, to the extent that such
shares are not subscribed for by Qualifying Shareholders in the Open Offer. The
Open Offer to raise up to GBP865,200 was announced on 6 September 2016 and closes
on 18 October 2016."

How do you know you have "the sweet spot at kimmeridge"?
Do you know what "the sweet spot at kimmeridge" is?

1) You have to be a shareholder.
2) Not one single shareholder holds over 3%.
3) So how can the big boys be all over this?
4) What a load of cobblers IMO. You sound desperate to get your money back. Typical shareholder who got caught out on previous false promises. It's a bit disingenuous to ramp a damp squib IMO.

you forget look at the last lot of rns..the big boys are all over this??? why???i think we have the sweet spot at kimmeridge...and i have a feeling the excess application for shares will be scaled back for pi's and given to the big boys...this has all the hallmarks of rem when they had hit massive lithium mine and went from 0.03p to over 2p...

i think dl knows we have sweet spot and the big boys and main market will be all over this one too...i see 1p if not 2p when everyone tries to get in...shame those of us here for over 3 years many are so badly bruised they havent taken their alloations and will kick themselves bigtime...looks like for some cut off was noon today.

Just seen that DOR has got the whole issue fully underwritten. Quite staggering for an ISDX company. Can't believe it myself, but DL does get people to rally if there is a future sometimes. I'm now keen to see what Brockham does.

The last "massive hit in the Kimmeridge" hardly touched the share price so why would the next one? Why do they need to keep testing it? To make sure it is still there?
Hot air comes cheap IMO.

We all know DL is no fan of consolidations. He has said this many times in the past. I recall him even saying once that their have been books written on this and how they don't work on over 90% of the time. I would rather a lower price with bigger volume. It keeps us retail interested. I hade £ shares and don't touch them personally. Give me a penny share any day. But I may be wrong. Only DL knows the plan. I'm just pleased the BOD decided for the highly respected LSE not AIM. This is a real surprise to all I imagine. Just googled the lawyers. They are really big and credible. They probably wouldn't sign up unless they were positive. Big law firms don't take on rubbish clients.

Let me buy a few gazillion shares here, must be very good investment NOT!!! Ha ha ha ha!!! Some people good at pulling rabbits from a hat without any delivery of some tangible thing....
