The Company said they were moving to dual list on the ASX in Australia as an operating oil and gas company. The scuppered the LSE listing idea a month back. I hear there is a lot of ASX buying here in NEX on DOR. Maybe that is why the price and volume picking up. 377m shares turnover on Friday. That's a staggering amount for NEX and for DOR. But they seem to be getting a few hundred million a day in turnover now anyway.

Off the radar these days are DORiemus and few want to pick up a telephone and trade. Then wince at the trading costs. Could well be the surprise of the bunch. A promised full listing seems to have gone 'by the bye'.

Doriemus owns a 20% direct interest in the onshore Lidsey Oil Field (PL 241) with an option to increase its holding to 30%.

Closed up 25% at 0.05p on Friday - shown as 40% by HL. Highest since de-listing from AIM.

The 400:1 consolidation equates to 14p ps in the new format. Consolidations tend to drag on sp's in companies that do this initially but with the WB newsflow constant (like the oil hopefully) an opening price of 12-14 or 13-15 is likely unless of course Doriemus attracts a major stake build pre-consolidation which is always a possibility.

Its OK. I found it. They are getting it from ANGS. ANGS will drop from 50% to 40% as a result:

Doriemus DOR - moving off the floor now. Chairman David Lenigas may get this one going now as oil prices firm. No longer on AIM. Now on NEX - telephone trading.

Can someone please let me know what the current share price is ?

Has the consolidation taken place yet . I have 7.5 million shares so after consolidation my holding will be 18,750. I think that's correct.

I am always very nervous of consolidations!! had it before with Tower--Glowing in the dark, and MATRA Nothing we can do but just hold on and see what happens, had high hopes for DOR as one of the potential ´little company´winners in The Weald.

I used to be in the Financial sector before I retired and we used to quip to tell our clients--Your investment can go down as well as plummet!!!

Its the market cap that is the important figure. At the point of consolidation the market cap will be the same therefore you hold less shares but each is worth more. Forget the nominal value of 4p (I think/hope).

However once the market opens then the shares can go down. I have heard that shares can go up as well but that doesn't seem to apply here :-(

What are other holders views on this---plus side is that we will be on a proper market---but will we be able to trade on an Aussie Market?? The inital reaction I have is that with the consolidation my share value will take quite a hit---or have I read it wrong? Currently I have 2m shares, which will become 5000 shares and under a 4p nominal value will have a value of 200 pounds, a lot less than what it is valued today. Guys, please correct me if I am wrong.

At least ASX is a proper market with strict rules.
