Reading over DPP I don't see this as a great investment for Domino's uk (unless they took over completely and sorted it out) or for investors of DPP. It's a loss maker and a fairly small company compared to the uk. I understand the investment might be to grow Dominos. But a head scratcher for me. Half years last august, so next one due about now? Footy and Olympics must help orders

BAffling capital allocation to buy stores for £2.2m a pop especially when paying with some stock at these levels.

And now they're chucking some money at DP Poland which has been struggling ever since it IPO'd.

The UK business is a great cash generator though. I live in hope of a 300p re entry.

Papa John's have closed about 10% of their UK stores. Dominos has a far stronger business model, and those closures will no doubt help DOM franchisees.

IM Hoping for a lower re entry point sub 300p. THe cash flows are high, predictable and should grow over time.
