Result of General Meeting and Name Change

DJI Holdings plc (AIM: DJI, "the Company", "DJI"), a Chinese technology, content and services company, announces that the resolution proposed at the general meeting of the Company held earlier today, as set out in the notice dated 22 September 2016, was duly approved by shareholders.

Accordingly, the Company is pleased to confirm that the change of its name to BNN Technology plc will become effective, and trading in the Company's shares on AIM under this name will commence, at 8:00 a.m. on 10 October 2016. From this time, the Company's new London Stock Exchange TIDM will be BNN and its ISIN will remain as GB00BNBNSF91.

In addition, the Company's new website address will be www.bnntechnology.com

There will be nothing special imo.Dont expect an RNS at 7 am either...unless they have any new developments to report. More likely they will report the outcome of the AGM,name change and Nasdaq listing progress etc after the AGM has been concluded.

My opinion is that tomorrow a strong piece of news will the price break through 1.50 again .

But nothing special or delay etc will see it below 1.20 .

IN my opinion , a few big sell went through late today along with a decent buy at end ?

Just my opinion but I can't see DJI getting this type of deal in China they have much more experienced larger operators ?

thanks nurdin; as a result of the recently announced deal I beg to suggest that if the ban is lifted, DJI (BNN) is in as good a position as all other contenders to be appointed to administer the lottery.

Christmas will be interesting
By then the meat will be on the bone and growth will continue upwards.
The lottery as a added bonus will be reinstated and our joint company will be one of the few chosen distributors.
Listing on the USA market will be very near.
In the mean time with the shares already listed in London and the intentions of listing being brought to investors in the USA.I can see some investors jumping on board before IPo.

Case of sit back top up on the falls and wait for future news,which will start very soon.
