This is just the beginning. Their previous cash raise at £1.00 was well oversubscribed and the story is just so much better than what we were told at the time. An opportunity exists at prices under £1.00 imo

I have noticed that often after a main paper story there is a wait of a day or two then you get a price rise.

I suspect that the researchers for fund buyers mull through all that stuff and do proposals for the boss. In this case apart from anything else the numbers are the stuff dreams are made of. The beauty being that no numbers for the lottery work are included.

When you look at the figures from Mirabaud, Xinhua the Govy news paper, has had over 120m downloads. These downloads spread across 2,800 cities and counties in 30 provinces.

Being involved by putting their app into this amalgum DJI are on the button for this hugely expanding opportunity. Perfect timing.

So i guess the bosses are now getting to see latest proposals and DJI is there. Brilliant.

There is a good stream of buying but the main factor is that the big seller seems to have been flushed out, hopefully they are all out of stock now, the price would be £1.20+ by now if it weren't for them. Long may the upward climb continue.

Yes there should be some degree of this but from what I have heard in the city, it was mainly institutions that took up the placing at 60pence. On the Level 2 screen it looks as though Peel Hunt have a block of stock to sell whereas the other three market makers are short of stock. Hopefully the Peel Hunt block will sell through and then the shares can carry on their upward trajectory.

The stock experienced a high volume of trade on Tuesday and after an early rally fell back to report only a modest gain. There are clearly some sellers to shake out but hopefully a few more days of buying activity will see the sellers dry up and a decent amount of upward momentum. The latest position and forecasts certainly justifies a significant upward re-rating from the current price.

What makes it even more promising is that these forecasts completely ignore the resumption of the online lottery, as well as the sports booking platform that is already trading in Heilongjiang, as well as expansion of the Xinhua JV and services, as well as the expansion of the Shandong mobile lottery app into other provinces etc. etc.It looks to me that the broker has been extremely conservative in their forecasts, which is what you would expect in their first coverage.

£222m profit by 2019.

On a P/E of just 10 would imply a valuation of £2.2bn.

That would equal a share price of £13.75.

i.e an eighteen bagger from here!

My speculation, equally enjoyable, is that with just the 162 million shares the MMs will go for the £1 Tuesday. My guess is end of day straddling the £ like 98p - £1.10.The company numbers are huge and this wont stand much media attention without moving really hellishly sharply because there is no liquidity. Its just a shame its not trading tomorrow but Tuesday.

Mike Walters has been covering DJI for some time with some excellent articles. I think that he mentioned a takeover of DJI could be a possibility at some time for a larger western company eager to enter this market. I still think that this stock is very much under the radar but probably not for very much longer!
