Lol you couldnt make it up, but they just have done, punting for business over the pond.

Pity its USA restricted as tempted to point out the factual dates starting with TT on 14th & suggesting they direct the potential litigation agsinst 'counterparties'

So DEC sell most of their gas forward. Most production out to 2 to 3 years is hedged. Most new forward sales will mostly be in the 2.5 to 4 year range. If we look at the Feb 2027 contract, the price in 2020 was around $2.60. In 2021, the price was around $2.90. What does that contract sell at now? $4.75! Ok, that's a peak winter price. What about summer? The cheapest month of 2027 is the May contract with $3.17. Rusty said they make lots of cash above $3.00. There are no contracts outside of 2024 that are selling below $3.00 at the moment. Even with the 20% sold near spot price this year, that's been above $3 for more than 10% of the year. So maybe 82% of this years contracted sales would be above $3. (This is not the same as this year's revenue due to timing. And bear in mind DEC production tends to sell at a small discount to these Henry Hub prices.)

After reading all the posts on here and over at LSE as well as reading the Oak Bloke's blog, I've rediscovered my courage/conviction and added at this level (now the fall seems to have stabilised).

I think the ABS's operate on 85% hedging. I think the ABS funding is really quite clever.

Another 15000 BB. What was strange was buying 2000 at 1275 just b4 the bell. Fat finger or deliberate manipulation by the broker?

The median cost of plugging a well is about $20,000.
Consistent with DEC.

80% is hedged, so gas price does matter.

Doug Chris ? Help him ! Don't make me laugh. I wouldn't pI$$ on him if he was on fire. I and a colleague had a very big investment here and he couldn't be bothered to answer questions on a number of occasions. On the couple he replied to he just answered with platitudes. The man is useless.

Skinny,

Ditto. Or, as Caesar said 'Alea Iacta Est', the die is cast.

The shenanigans acting out around this share are hard to credit.

The consolation is the epic dividend - if that gets cut in the near future we'll end up circling the plughole rapidly...
