Depends, they could decide to give everyone however many shares they asked for, if they decide they might as well raise a bit more cash. I've seen that happen before.

It's obvious the fact B/S are allowed to be fiddled is at the behest of MM's, a sweetener and trade off for them to take on the risk of making a market in a market as illiquid as AIM.

Nobby - a long time ago when I was young(ish) and naif(ish), I chased the various parties involved to try and persuade them to release buy/sell data, on the basis that the market makers/brokers etc obviously already had the data, and indeed supplied it to the authorities for their monitoring and reporting functions. I started with ADVFN who insisted they never received it, and pointed to the news feed suppliers.

Anyway, long story short, I ended up with the stock market regulator. He agreed that the information existed, but that the market participants were happy with the current system, and since there was no pressure for change, there wasn't going to be any. That was the point at which I gave up!

sorry but it really not important who buys or sells a product .....the painting Claude Monet's "Meules" sold for $110 million.. what made the news ? the buyer or seller ? no the price....thats whats important ,whether MM brought or sold a share ,its the price....if its 56p share drops ....if its 76p it will raise at 67/68p price supported for future growth...ps unless buyer is RG ...lol

In SETS stocks that is true. However, in MM lead stocks, the MM is either selling or buying and that is the information I want to know. It's not a lot to ask...
