If it's timed as after 16:30 then it's a wild guess!
If not then LSE gives more info on the trade, will say whether its delayed
You could look at that time on the previous day and see if the price fits in that spread
But then who knows by how many days has the trade been delayed

MMs use this to drop the delayed trade intraday to perhaps assist in falsely supporting a certain direction the share price might be moving (allegedly!)

re buys or sells ...basically any trade is a buy and a sell ...i know that sounds basic but two parties have exchanged an item for an agreed price ....ie i have a 100 apples to sell ...someone wants to buy 100 apples ..its not the buyer or seller that s important BUT the price of the transaction ..,.hear a price was agreed at say 67p between 2 parties. so who ever took them is happy that they will make money from here....

The reality is you can't tell for sure. For me it is one of the biggest frustrations of investing in these small stocks. A system could easily be developed to mark each trade as a buy from or a sell to the MM but strangely it doesn't happen. The more smoke and mirrors the better from the MMs point of view!

how is it possible to tell if they`re buys or sells? can anyone advise and educate me and any others who would like to understand more? What significance do these large trades have?

The 350k trade was dated today. Given the trades list today, it's a bit hard to tell whether it was a buy or a sell.The 150k was from yesterday, and looks like a possible sell?

Yep, range bound from 60-70p for a short while until the open offer completes, then a move up towards £1 I expect.

can't see that happening, they're only offering 2 per 73 aren't they? everyone is going to heavily over-subscribe but won't get enough to make sell now and buy back viable

With the open offer in the background it is difficult to see a substantial rise in the short term. After all holders including IIs can sell and buy back at 60p in a few weeks time. Yes you don't know exactly how many you can get but everyone will definitely be able to get more than their entitlement.

who knows, when RG last confirmed his holding it was 4.6m shares, anyone's guess as to how many he's offloaded since then! (3rd Sept. I believe)
