On the positive side of this I don't think anyone believes that chroncort approval is already in the price. It just looks to me that this weighted more towards the reward rather than the risk currently.

Lots of reasons why people sell shares. Happens every day. End of tax year, weak markets, people seeing other opportunities elsewhere.

Personally wouldn't lose any sleep unless you are exposed should the news turn out to be bad.

I can confirm that an additional Phase 3 clinical trial is required for registration of Chronocort in the US.

Essentially, the US regulator had requirements that could not be accommodated in the European study, notably around (i) different clinical endpoints; and (ii) a different treatment regime for the comparator arm. We believe we now have a design that is acceptable to the FDA (we expect confirmation in Q2 2021) and will then need to decide whether Diurnal runs the study itself or pursues a partnership. You can expect an update on this during Q2.

No it won't as thee buys have been more than the daily sells even with our seller drip feeding for a couple of months keeping a lid on the price and the MM's can't be holding many as there is next to nothing not held.

Seen it here last year, well they have had plenty of warning this time round.
