07/3/2016 12:26 | It's final year so I am assuming the accounts would need to be audited first. So late April early May for results. I am very interested about the Tesco Express stocking Redleg and whether that is a small selection or part of wider distribution. A figure of 400 supermarkets were gien when Sainsbury took on Redleg, then 700 supermarkets were given when tesco took on Redleg. Therefore we have: 400 Supermarkets stocking Blackwoods Gin; 400 Supermarkets stocking Redleg Rum; plus another 700 Supermarkets stocking Redleg Rum In total that is 1,500 Supermarket outlets with product. If we add onto that Tesco Extra that would significantly increase. Assume 1 bottle per week per store: 1,500 bottles a week, 6,500 bottles (or 1,084 cases) a month just through the Supermarkets. This does not include the Tesco stores in Scotland that also stock Blackwoods Gin. There are 1,713 Tesco Express stores in the UK a stock across a proportion of these would increase sales volume. It would be interesting to know how wide spread the sale of Redleg Rum is in Tesco Extra stores. | berny3

03/3/2016 19:30 | For all those (including myself) who are getting really really bored with all this waiting for something good to happen, in fact, for anything at all to happen, let me offer you a dream. Wouldn't it be something if patient holders could look back in 10yrs time and say this ex Diageo man had actually managed to turn dis into another Diageo. Maybe I've been consuming too much of the company's product, but why else would we be hanging on in here? GL, pete | petersinthemarket
03/3/2016 18:03 | Quite DISaspointing holding period, but just a wait before cetain news. Going to be one of those that will gain traction once a few more events unfold. | kmann
29/2/2016 11:39 | Apologies for o/t but just had a mooch down the other uk beverage sector members. Only 11 of them, so it doesn't take long. The only other tiddler in there is ccr and I can't work out what on earth is going on with them. So we are mixing it with some pretty huge companies. At first sight dis looks well out of its depth, but with a diageo man behind it who can say what the future will bring. Anyone have a crystal ball? pete | petersinthemarket
29/2/2016 10:43 | It's encouraging to note that the beverage sector (nmx3530) is one of the very few sectors that is still looking strong since the turn of the year. | petersinthemarket

18/2/2016 11:43 | With markets rather jittery at the moment a little more up to date data would be most welcome to maintain investor interest. | petersinthemarket
18/2/2016 09:47 | Looks like Blavod is available in Atlanta and Washington US. I wonder if the US distribution can begin to fill the gap previously reported about drop in Blavod Sales in Eastern Europe due to Ukraine/Russian tensions. | berny3
18/2/2016 08:52 | Still waiting asturius - why 0.8? | petersinthemarket
16/2/2016 21:03 | Peter, first off I don't do charts. I have no understanding of them and don't really want to start studying them this late in my lifetime. I do however know someone who does 'do charts' and has a good history of getting them right. I trust him to tell me what he thinks based on them. He informs me that the current chart looks very good and that should the share price should reach 1.07p then the upside from there could be significant. P.S. I reckon we have someone collecting shares here whenever the buy price drops to 0.95p. They never attempt to push the price up when buying but keep on collecting at 0.95p or less. Let's see if they are right to do so. | lr2 |
