discoverIE Group plc (LSE:DSCV, the "Company"), a leading international designer, manufacturer and supplier of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 23 February 2022, Bruce Thompson acquired 11,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of GBP7.94 and on 24 February 2022, Rosalind Kainyah acquired 656 Ordinary Shares at an average price of GBP7.55.

Following these purchases, Bruce Thompson is interested in 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's voting share capital and Rosalind Kainyah is interested in 656 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.001% of the Company's voting share capital.
