discoverIE Group plc (LSE:DSCV, the "Company"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics to industry, announces that, on 2 December 2021, Malcolm Diamond acquired 1,721 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at an average price of GBP10.46.

Following this purchase, Malcolm Diamond is interested in 30,982 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's voting share capital.
