                                 Delling Group Plc

                              Overseas Contract Gains

Delling Group ("Delling Group" or "the Company"), the marketing support services
group, announces that its subsidiary, Butler Systems, which provides turnkey
concepts for plasma screens in overseas shopping centres, has won a number of
contract gains in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, the combined value of which is
#800,000. Turnover from these contracts will be realised from May this year and
onwards.

The first contract is with Sony, the leading supplier of hardware systems,
regarding joint sales activities in the Nordic region. Butler Systems has also
won a high profile project with Telia Sonera, the largest telecommunications
operater in the Nordic area, which will entail installing plasma screens and
direct communication between billboards and mobile phones in Stockholm-Arlanda
Airport, Sweden. The third contract gain is with the Inflight Group, the
international operater of shops on airports and ships, providing a turnkey
concept for their new flagship store at Warsaw Airport as well as a digital
asset management system for their Polish operation.

Commenting on the contract gains, Geir Lolleng, Chief Operating Officer of
Delling Group, said: "These contract gains support our business strategy of
strong growth. Of our four subsidiary businesses: Depicta, Depicta Fame, Azzets
and Butler Systems, the principal drivers of the business in terms of critical
mass, financial contribution and target area for acquisitions have to date been
Depicta and Depicta Fame. I am delighted that Butler Systems, which is at an
earlier stage of development than the other subsidiaries, has won these
contracts. The Butler Systems sales pipeline has increased significantly in the
last three months and I expect further overseas contract gains in this area to
evolve later this year. These contract gains follow the acquisition of two
businesses in Norway announced last week."
