                        Appointment of Finance Director

Delling Group Plc ("Delling Group" or "the Company"), the marketing services
group, is pleased to announce that James Robinson, has been appointed Finance
Director with effect from 15th June 2005.

Mr Robinson, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, joins
from CLB Corporate Finance ("CLB"), part of CLB, the nationwide accountancy
practice, where he has worked since 1999, latterly as Corporate Finance Manager
from 1st May 2004 and, before that, as a Corporate Finance Senior and in the
firm's Audit and Business Services Department.

At CLB, Mr Robinson managed a number of international and domestic transactions,
including a #30m AIM reversal of a Chinese property company, and IPO's on AIM of
a range of businesses including software, outsourcing, retail, natural resources
and cash shells. He also handled investments for private equity fundings in a
diverse range of sectors.

Prior to graduating from Cambridge University with an MA in Economics, Mr
Robinson was for one year resident manager of a 5,000 acre Scottish Highland
Estate.

There are no further details requiring disclosure to be made according to
Schedule 2(f) of the AIM Rules.

Commenting, Aksel Bratvedt, Chief Executive, said:

"This is the first time Delling will have a full-time Finance Director on its
main Board since being listed on AIM in October 2004. This follows a change of
Broker and NOMAD to Seymour Pierce in October 2004 and a fund raising last
February. As then stated, the Group is pursuing a growth strategy through
organic development and through the purchase of suitable acquisitions, with
encouraging institutional support for our plans. James' experience in corporate
transactions should prove invaluable."
