27/3/2006 07:50 | I've made contact with Delling and had a lengthy response to my short question. The upshot is that a trading statement will be released soon, possibly just into April and they are on track with market expectations. The markets are discouraging companies from releasing RNS's as PR tools when there is no significant change in circumstances or contract awards are not within scope of having to release RNS. The full year results will also be released earlier than last year which is good news. Finally we will see more news in the 2nd quarter, although this may be via website, which they are considering using more. Nothing specific was given away but, it was all very upbeat and I feel very confident in the future. | james t kirk
24/3/2006 11:55 | A trading update was due this month, so guess any minute, unless they flop again.. | james t kirk
24/3/2006 11:19 | When are the results due? | golden cross
22/3/2006 10:32 | Well I have taken my chance to tip my toe in the water. Not long before I know if it was the right thing to do or not. | yorgi

21/3/2006 15:39 | Hi silverfern that's probably fair comment with this company, they certainly haven't delivered yet. | james t kirk
21/3/2006 14:49 | James - the risk is yours because there is 100% downside, and no such thing as 'fair value' when the company has yet to deliver. The upside is as you say a hope until it's proven. I'm not being mean, quite the reverse; I've invested in companies (yes, more than one!) that have gone under and you lost my entire investment. If they do deliver there's enough space to get in so I would porefer to be out and watching right now | silverfern
15/3/2006 15:04 | Interesting large rollover at around 9p - seems an error? Online limits improved significantly buy sell both 100k at 11.5p and 13p. | james t kirk
14/3/2006 16:41 | Heres hoping, JTK | frankl 123
14/3/2006 16:36 | A few sells and a tickup? News is due soon, and I hope this time it's the knockout news we thought was coming months ago.. | james t kirk
13/3/2006 17:56 | silverfern, with the company now valued at just under £8m, there can't be much downside. I know they have yet to come up with the goods financially, but the upside far outweighs the down - I hope so anyway.. | james t kirk
13/3/2006 17:48 | correct- and that means plenty of upside for people not invested should the results prove in any way different from the last, and the Board show they have learnt not to post misleading RNS'. Anyone investing at these levels with no result to support is taking a huge gamble on the Board imho. | silverfern
13/3/2006 15:55 | I wish they would get on with their results - thats the bid dropped another 10%, with a 30% spread. Hopeless!!!! | gazza12
09/3/2006 08:12 | Thanks GHF, I bought some recently when the online limits suggested there was good news including a possible buyer. You can still sell 75k at 11.5p, which is better than the dark days of bid onlyand very small quantities. I hope the trading update this month is good too. | james t kirk
08/3/2006 23:15 | JTK - Been out of touch for a few days.....rec'd your note on ACC. I've been monitoring DLG since the final results debacle last year. Promising trading statements but as yet they have still to deliver in my book. Been burnt once before so inclined to continue watching and waiting unless a fantastic opportunity presents itself beforehand such as the intra day dip below 10p a few months ago which i missed unfortunately. Wish you the best of luck......fingers crossed they deliver this time ! regards GHF | glasshalfull
08/3/2006 11:35 | We're due a trading update this month, so I guess we'll soon find out. It looks like they are back on track and some good recent contracts so hopefully we will be rewarded with upgrades to targets for this year. | james t kirk
08/3/2006 11:15 | Gone quiet... anyone any views on any developments, or in fact what the future may hold for Delling. Steve | 10past3
06/3/2006 16:15 | Spread still the same today nice and tight and you can sell at mid.. | james t kirk
03/3/2006 08:31 | Morning JTK Online limits buy 100k @ 12.75p sell 37.5k @ 12.5p (mid) | james t kirk
01/3/2006 09:59 | Note to myself: Online limits buy 100k @ 12.75p sell 50k @ 12.5p (mid) | james t kirk
27/2/2006 17:02 | Hi rivaldo, just checked out the webiste, it's certainly new but it doesn't tell you much. I have to say the the analysts section (below) does seem to be clutching at straws, I mean you and I could get a mention soon for discussing it on an ADVFN bb ;0) Analysts Analysts who monitor Delling Group - Alan Matthews, at Seymour Pierce Limited in London UK - t1ps.com in London - Growth Equity Reseach in London On a more positive note did you see this: "A trading update for the 2005 financial year is expected to be announced in March 2006." | james t kirk
27/2/2006 13:47 | Hey I was enjoying the piece and quiet.. | james t kirk
27/2/2006 13:45 | So do I James T, nothing like talking to yourself ;) | papalpower |
