I'd be surprised if they went under, but certainly a long recovery time whilst they rebuild credibility.

Let's hope they get their act together and start producing some decent results. Profits in the 1Qtr sound good, but I'll wait for more updates before I think about buying more.

Keifer - I've thought that all the way down to, but never topped up. I said what I said as Delling are now making a profit.

For a Marketing Company - Delling are not very good at marketing themselves.

Just before the close, I topped up with a few as at this sp, it's rather difficult for the share price to go much lower.

The 3rd quarter was the problem and its very poor that it slipped their mind when updating the markets during that period.

The fact they have now returned to profit suggests that the price now is very low, as long as they maintain profit..

It should be profitable. It had an operating profit in the first half of 2006. It had a gross margin of 50%+ when it first floated. Management don't seem to have been able to maintain profitability in the past, probably largely due to not keeping an eye on the underlying business and just concentrating on making takeovers. Lets hope the whole of 2008 is profitable and then a shareprice of 10p+ should be on the cards.

JIMCAR - The final few words of Dellings statement:

"the Group is pleased to announce trading in the 1st quarter of 2008 was profitable."

There should be value in this company. Sales of almost £18m are 3x market value and a profit margin of 10% should be easily achievable. A shareprice of 10p+ should be sustainable. Problem is that profit seems to be a dirty word to the management

Although I think long term they will be be a good company. They really need to sort out there PR. All they seem to come out with is bad news.

For an example, they send there figures would be released today, what they released was an update and the full figures some time this month - bad PR.

I would say that the results are not bad, although not as expected. DLG appear, in keeping the difficult Q3 quiet, to have committed a cardinal sin in potentially deceiving the Mkt.

Well at last results we had seen turnover double and all but one part of company turn profitable. We've been told subsequent to this that all parts of the business are profitable and margins had improved in several areas. They also raised funds at 6p, so the balance sheet should be strong.

I've bought back in as I think that Delling have finally turned their market leading position into a profitabe company.

can't you tell we have results coming out very soon. The usual move up on little volume. Let's hope they are good and get this share moving, but I wont hold my breath :-)

To be fair, I did ask him to describe his company to a potential investor who had never heard of it. They will not be interested in the detail, which they can find from the website and financial statements.

sbs - good idea, but that video makes me nervous....

Why?

Full of good intentions & not a figure or forecast in sight.
Makes me fear the worst; a prolongation of the "better hang on, this'll come right one day" shareholder's ball & chain!

cant see how this is a steal at all, at the interims had net liabilities (after stripping out intangibles) of £7.3m as well as making a loss. Fair enough they seem to have improved things of late but still going to struggle to finance the debt imo without serious dilution.

Just been looking at accounts and Delling should have the £2.34m of loan notes to RAB Capital repaid on 31st March. I'd presume the lack of RNS on this suggests they've extended the loan period and these can be converted by RAB at any time at an average share price of last 20 days, so there's more dilution to come.

The £2.3m was to clear overdraft (slightly more than mine)and DLG also have a massive creditor bill, so balance sheet is not that healthy despite business turning round.

EDIT:

Just noticed trading update alongside notice of results, wasnt there on competitor website. Semms everyting is on track for a good year, although RNS is typically carefully worded, but at current share price, this must be a steal.

This is a bull mkt share, & that's no guarentee!
Bear mkts love to carve the likes of DLG to pieces.

DLG better get their fingers out of where I'm thinking.
Chart is a horror to holders like me, dead crosses all over the place!
All the tips in the world mean nothing more than more salt in the wound.
So cheap they're not worth selling for anything else than a tax loss,
& only a lucky few need one at the mo.!

Hey, you guys with the fancy options;
I'd settle for 6p cash NOW!
