It's the larger trades that can be reported late to the LSE.
It's usually 6 times the normal market size, which varies for each stock. The market size for DEST is presently 1500 shares so anything above 9,000 would normally be late reported. It's all part of the transparency of share trading :)

yes thats the unknowns i am asking about captain. Why is it all the larger amounts they do it with?
I have seen my own trades in the wrong column on their site before

Then you are presumably talking about the "unknown" trades not listed as a buy or sell, in black type ?
These are delayed reported trades (usually an hour before) and at least LSE are not trying to second guess if they are buys or sells, hence the designation.

Very lazy of me. I didn't even look at the time but saw the 22000 in the last 5 trades shown on screen and thought it a good example of the mid price ? :)

Captain Kirk Trade No78 was the IG SB uncrossing trade usually stamped between 17:05 and 17:10 at Mid price.

On Friday 22,000 in spread bets where opened on their own book.

Did you not know this ?

What platform are you looking at. If it's advfn, then the ? column so far today is empty but it can give the impression that it refers to the "sell" trades.
It usually represents trades enacted exactly at the mid price of the buying and selling spread.
ie bid 78p and offer 80p and the trade is at 79p. It would then show in the ? column.

ps Go back a day in the trades to last Friday and trade number 78 was in the ? column.
bid 80p offer 82p and the trade was at 81p.

And now the book has reversed and the trades 10000 and 15000 have been put through on the sell side despite the fact that they were buys an hour earlier at 10.40am.

The "buy" trades between 9.00am and 9.48am were sells put through late the wrong side of the mid price.
