A block listing application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 225,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

 

Scheme	No. of Shares
Employee Share Option Plan 2018	125,000
Performance Share Plan 2023	100,000

 

Admission of the shares is expected on Thursday 9 May 2024. When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
