There is no research in the market for private investors. There used to be when I bought in. These awards are massive and only 2 weeks before the half year after which they will have a trading update. Hard to believe they do not already have a very good view of the sales in the six months. They could and should have done options after not before the update. More bad governance from a passed it chair in my view.MrC

That will be a problem for UK based brokers. I do not know one that will open account for someone who is not a UK resident. But there should be some local brokers who will buy Uk shares. It might be that AIM is considered too high risk. However, you might be able to prove you are a “sophisticatedinvestor. I do not think I can help, but I will ask one of my personal brokers.

What is your nationality? If you are UK national and have a house here that would certainly help.

Well with the 6m late reported buys this morning, there have been 26m shares bought over the last few days, expecting a director dealing or increased investor RNS pretty soon. A buyout would only cost £730,000 at today's market cap!!

Wow! Had no idea that is what has been going on. There must be, what?, £50,000 of cash from exiting DEMG investors in the last couple of weeks so your share is bound to soar with such sizeable new backing.MrC

Pretty poor take up of the £500k offer, although I said all along that private investors wouldn't have the heart for another cash raise, plus some share holders have apparently been unable to apply which is crazy. The feeling that the board need to be shook up hasn't helped. In the prospectus they mentioned reviewing the size of the board, they need to look at the composition as it's got quite stale, I'm expecting a small increase in the 0.2p offer price when the stock opens next week, given all of the news and details that have been released since they were suspended..

The process for some of us private investors has been a shambles.

If you are having problems open an account with interactive investor

--> Tried doing so but I was told by interactive investor (ii) that the Deltex Retail Offer was available only to existing ii account holders.

Not happy with this situation.

To provide funding by private investors I would imagine that that asset finance secured on new monitors in service would be a useful approach.

Yeh I get that, so are we just saying this rise in the Sp is down to a shortage of stock and the good news about the monitor? I feel as though with investors willing to pay the full ask on reasonably large trades these aren't casual investors, but perhaps linked to institutions? Which would be great for the company going forward!
